Class A

Class A Motorhomes are easily spotted because of their large size and box-like shape. These are the models that you see on the road, that could easily replace an actual house. To say that these motorhomes have a lot of space is an understatement. They can easily sleep anywhere from 6-10 people and are built on bigger chassis, such as that of a bus, or large truck. Amenities can include separate master bedrooms, sofas, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and large bathrooms.

Class B

Class B motorhomes are actually the smallest of the bunch, usually built on the chassis of a van. They aren’t typically easily spotted on the road unless you know what you are really looking for. These motorhomes are best used for short periods of time. They aren’t the most spacious, but they will get the job done. These motorhomes are a lot easier to drive than the others, and they are affordable in both upfront costs, and operability costs as well. Class C

Class C motorhomes are a happy medium. Size-wise, they are between a Class A and a Class B, and are typically built on a van or truck chassis that is built specifically for a motorhome. The amenities could be compared to that of a Class A motorhome, just at a size and price that would be more agreeable to the average person’s wallet.
