I received great service from Mark. I was interested in a Jay Flight that was not yet available, and he did a great job following up with me. The pricing he quoted me was very low, up front. He also helped me understand a lot about travel trailers, and the different ways they are built, with the advantages and disadvantages of the different ways. I am a returning customer; we loved our first trailer TLX 2010 QB. I am a disabled person and the trailer was small for me.
